Electric underfloor heating by DEVI with intelligent Devireg thermostats was installed in a total of 27 luxurious flats and 1 Villa including a Steam bath in the SPA area of the complex. (Total of ~3900 m2).

The International School of Paphos is a private prestigious school that roofs all levels of education from Kindergarten to Secondary School. It also offers an afternoon Language institute and summer school. Amongst other facilities it has its own sports centre and indoor swimming pool.
