Why floor heating, and why an electrical solution?
It is a well-known fact that floor heating systems provide the optimal heat distribution in a room. When your feet are warm, you may reduce the temperature at head level by 2-3 degrees to have the same overall feeling of comfort, and 1 degree lower setting will equal approx. 5% saving on the energy bill, depending on the insulation standards.
